During my work at Race IT in 2013, I created a thanksgiving themed race event website.

Challenge
It was important the mood feel light and youthful, and the theme to compliment fall seasonal tones. It was equally important that the website be responsive, so content could be easily viewed from a mobile device.
Approach
As the visual designer for the project, I was responsible for the final look and feel of the website. The layout especially played a vital role. It was important the side navigation respond correctly in mobile view, without having to repeat code in the master layout. Coding out the website to account for this required careful planning and thinking ahead.
